NOVELTY - Battery cathode material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 40-50 pts. wt. stannic chloride, 15-25 pts. wt. modified diatomite, 6-8 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride, 6-8 pts. wt. glycerin, the method of preparing the kieselguhr includes (i) taking concentrated hydrochloric acid, adding 4-5 times of water, diluting, spraying diluted hydrochloric acid, adding diatomite, (ii) adding N-methyl pyrrolidone, blending and grinding into the powder. USE - Used as battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high charging and discharging function and good circulation performance. The preparation method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Battery cathode material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 40-50 pts. wt. stannic chloride, 15-25 pts. wt. modified diatomite, 6-8 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride, 6-8 pts. wt. glycerin, the method of preparing the kieselguhr includes (i) taking concentrated hydrochloric acid, adding 4-5 times of water, diluting, spraying diluted hydrochloric acid, adding diatomite, diatomite per gram is sprayed with 8-12 ml dilute hydrochloric acid, spraying in an airtight environment sealing for 10-20 minutes, (ii) adding N-methyl pyrrolidone, blending uniformly at 50-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding 6-8 ml N-methyl pyrrolidone, (iii) drying the diatomite obtained at 75-85 degrees C and grinding into the powder of 400-600 meshes powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the battery cathode material comprising (a) milling the graphene oxide, graphene oxide ball milling till the grain diameter is 400-600 meshes, (b) preparing stannic chloride solution using water as solvent, adding 60-70% tin tetrachloride solution, (iii) preparing polyvinylidene fluoride solution, the dimethyl acetamide refers to solvent, the mass fraction of polyvinylidene fluoride is 16-20%, (d) adding the graphene oxide, stannic chloride solution, modified diatomite, the polyvinylidene fluoride and glycerol, mixing and stirring at the speed of 320-340 rotations/minute, stirring for 6-10 minutes, (e) coating the mixed material on the round copper, placing for 10-12 hours at 50-60 degrees C, adding into 8-12 degrees C, cooling with water, taking out, drying at 90-110 degrees C, cutting, under argon gas protected atmosphere, sintering at 600-700 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain the product.
