NOVELTY - Proliferating and culturing anaerobic granular sludge in food waste water comprises (i) adding 0.1-0.2 times nutrition solution into food wastewater, sealing with polyethylene film, and allowing to stand at 30-40℃ for 30-36 hours to obtain anaerobic treatment liquid; and (ii) mixing acid-treated graphene, thionyl chloride, and tetrahydrofuran in a mass ratio of 1:4:4-1:6:6, reacting at 40-50℃ at 400-500 revolutions/minute for 2-3 hours, heating to 60-70℃, stirring and reacting continuously for 2-3 hours, filtering at 10-30℃, allowing to stand at 1-2 kPa for 4-6 hours, mixing with biopeptide, triethylamine, and dichloromethane in a mass ratio of 3:2:0.5:20-3:3:1:25, stirring at 0-5℃ at 300-500 revolutions/minute for 50-60 minutes, allowing to stand at room temperature for 20-24 hours, filtering, washing with absolute ethanol for 3-5 times and drying at -10 to-1℃ at 1-10 Pa for 6-8 hours to obtain modified graphene. USE - The method is useful for proliferating and culturing anaerobic granular sludge in food waste water, preferably in sugar making, brewing, meat, dairy processing and other production processes. ADVANTAGE - The method produces an anaerobic granular sludge with excellent dirt removing performance.
