NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-loaded nano-nickel composite powder material involves stirring sulfuric acid and crystalline flake graphite, at same time, adding sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate, reacting, adding distilled water, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid, centrifuging, collecting solid phase, adding distilled water, performing semipermeable membrane dialysis, mixing nickel chloride-ethylene glycol solution, obtained graphene oxide solution, sodium hydroxide solution and hydrazine hydrate solution, reacting, drying and grinding. USE - Preparation of graphene-loaded nano-nickel composite powder material used for catalyst, magnetic material, supercapacitor, battery material and shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-loaded nano-nickel composite powder material has favorable catalytic characteristics and magnetic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-loaded nano-nickel composite powder material by hydrothermal method involves adding 40-60 ml sulfuric acid having concentration of 98% with 1.1-1.3 g crystalline flake graphite, stirring in 4 degrees C ice water bath for 20-40 minutes to obtain mixed solution, stirring mixed solution at 0-4 degrees C, at same time, adding 1-2 g sodium nitrate and 9-11 g potassium permanganate, reacting for 1-3 hours, then placing obtained product in 35 degrees C water bath, reacting for 9-11 hours, then adding 350-450 mL distilled water, performing ultrasonic dispersion, then adding 80-100 mL 5 %mass hydrogen peroxide, and 45-55 mL hydrochloric acid having concentration of 2 mol/L, filtering, centrifuging, collecting solid phase, adding 400-500 ml distilled water to dissolve, performing semipermeable membrane dialysis treatment until solution becomes neutral to obtain graphene oxide solution, preparing 1-30 mL nickel chloride-ethylene glycol solution having concentration of 0.1 mol/L and 2-4 mL sodium hydroxide solution having concentration of 2 mol/L, ultrasonically mixing nickel chloride-ethylene glycol solution and 50 mL graphene oxide solution for 30 minutes, adding the sodium hydroxide solution and 4-6 mL hydrazine hydrate solution having concentration of 80% under magnetic stirring, transferring obtained product into hydrothermal reactor at 120 degrees C, reacting for 3-5 hours, filtering, washing, drying at 50 degrees C for 20-28 hours, and grinding, to obtain graphene-loaded nano-nickel composite powder.
