NOVELTY - The method for synthesizing L-phenylalanine involves adding L-aspartic acid to phosphorus trichloride to obtain L-aspartic acid anhydride hydrochloride, carrying out Friedel-Crafts reaction using sulfonated graphene as catalyst, carrying out hydrogenation reaction using carbonyl groups under palladium on carbon to obtain L-phenylalanine hydrochloride, neutralizing alkaline water and hydrochloride, cooling, crystallizing, centrifuging and filtering to obtain L-phenylalanine product. USE - Method for synthesizing L-phenylalanine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables synthesizing of L-phenylalanine with product purity of greater than or equal to 99.5% and total yield of more than 90%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for synthesizing L-phenylalanine involves carrying out dehydration reaction, acylation reaction, reduction reaction and neutralization reaction. The specific process is carried out by adding L-aspartic acid to phosphorus trichloride to obtain L-aspartic acid anhydride hydrochloride, carrying out Friedel-Crafts reaction using sulfonated graphene as catalyst, carrying out hydrogenation reaction using carbonyl groups under palladium on carbon to obtain L-phenylalanine hydrochloride, neutralizing alkaline water and hydrochloride, cooling, crystallizing, centrifuging and filtering to obtain L-phenylalanine product.
