▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of modified thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer foamed material comprises mixing thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, modified graphene material and lubricant, granulating, mixing granules and water in reactor, evacuating reactor with carbon dioxide or nitrogen, adjusting reactor pressure and temperature, heating reactor to dissolve carbon dioxide or nitrogen into the thermoplastic polyurethane granules, adding foaming agent and crosslinking agent, connecting reactor to pressure tank, pressing mixture at 1-5 atm and 100-150 degrees C for 30-90 minutes, and cooling not greater than 70 degrees C under vacuum. USE - Method for preparing modified thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer foamed material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of modified thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer foamed material comprises mixing 100 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 0.5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene material and 0.05-3 pts. wt. lubricant, granulating, mixing granules and water at 1:0.3-2 mass ratio in reactor, evacuating reactor with carbon dioxide or nitrogen, adjusting reactor pressure and temperature so that carbon dioxide or nitrogen is in supercritical state, heating reactor to dissolve supercritical carbon dioxide or nitrogen into the thermoplastic polyurethane granules, adding foaming agent and crosslinking agent, connecting reactor to pressure tank, pressing mixture at 1-5 atm and 100-150 degrees C for 30-90 minutes, and cooling not greater than 70 degrees C under vacuum.
