▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing copper-based composite sheet comprises laying the stranded wire on the copper baseplate, covering the stranded wire with a copper base cladding plate for explosive welding and compounding to obtain a composite plate, and removing the copper base on the surface of the composite plate, and forming stranded wire by twisting a metal wire covered by a conductive carbon material layer. The conductive carbon material in the conductive carbon material layer is carbon nano tube, graphene, oxidized, and/or graphene graphite. The copper based plate is a pure copper plate, a copper-chromium alloy plate, a copper-zirconium alloy plate, a copper-chromium-zirconium alloy plate, or copper-nickel-silicon alloy plate. The metal wire is copper wire, nickel wire, zirconium wire, silver wire or alloy wire. The alloy wire is copper, nickel, silver and/or zirconium. USE - Preparing copper-based composite sheet. ADVANTAGE - The copper-based coating plate layer on the upper part of each remove flatly spread is used for strengthening the surface layer-based composite plate, using the conductive carbon material self-characteristic to enhance the wear-resisting property of the copper composite plate. The large plasma impact generated in the explosion welding process makes the stranded wire and the copper substrate have good interface combination. The method is featured with high strength, high conductivity, and high wear resistance.
