NOVELTY - Preparation of polyacrylonitrile/graphene composite nano-fiber yarn, involves adding graphene to dimethyl formamide solvent, to obtain graphene solution, adding polyacrylonitrile powder to graphene solution, to obtain polyacrylonitrile graphene mixed solution, dissolving flattened O-surfactant in deionized water solvent and stirring, to obtain bath solution, using polyacrylonitrile graphene mixed solution to prepare polyacrylonitrile/graphene composite nanofiber bundles, and bundling and twisting polyacrylonitrile/graphene composite nanofiber bundles to form composite nano-yarns. USE - Preparation of polyacrylonitrile/graphene composite nano-fiber yarn (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The yarn is obtained with excellent mechanical property and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyacrylonitrile/graphene composite nano-fiber yarn, involves adding graphene to dimethyl formamide solvent, to obtain graphene solution, subjecting graphene solution to preliminary stirring and then to dispersion treatment, adding polyacrylonitrile powder to the graphene solution, to obtain a polyacrylonitrile graphene mixed solution, subjecting polyacrylonitrile graphene mixed solution to a dispersion treatment for 1-2 hours, dissolving flattened O-surfactant in a deionized water solvent and stirring at room temperature, until completely dissolved, to obtain bath solution, making polyacrylonitrile graphene mixed solution to polyacrylonitrile/graphene composite nanofiber bundles by electrospinning device, subjecting the polyacrylonitrile/graphene composite nanofiber bundles to bundling and twisting at 500-2500 twist/m to form composite nano-yarns. The amount of graphene in polyacrylonitrile graphite mixed solution is 0.01-1. The amount of polyacrylonitrile in the polyacrylonitrile graphite mixed solution is 6-10 %mass. The amount of flattened O-surfactant in the bath solution is 0.2-0.8 %mass. The number of nanofiber bundles is 1-6.
