▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-modified all-solid-state electrolyte involves (1) dissolving graphene in a dispersant and ultrasonically treating, obtaining a dispersion, (2) adding polyvinyl alcohol and oxidized polyethylene to the dispersion, heating and stirring, obtaining mixed solution (A), (3) adding lye to the mixture (A), heating and stirring, obtaining mixed solution (B), (4) freezing the mixture (B), adding potassium hydroxide solution after thawing, and adding potassium ion solution or lithium ion solution to soak. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified all-solid-state electrolyte. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, strong practicability and excellent repeatability, and is economical. The prepared graphene modified full-solid electrolyte exhibits excellent discharge polarization curve and power density, and solves the problem of the existing zinc-empty battery liquid electrolyte is volatile and there is leakage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) use of the graphene-modified all-solid-state electrolyte to assemble a flexible zinc-air battery; and (2) method of assembling flexible zinc-air battery, which involves using zinc foil as negative electrode, commercial platinum on carbon catalyst is used as the electrocatalyst of the positive electrode, the prepared graphene modified all-solid electrolyte as electrolyte, and adopting aluminum plastic film packaging.
