NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-aluminum composite material lead comprises taking magnesium oxide powder and graphene powder, mixing, dipping and soaking, liquid nitrogen milling by ball mill, vacuum-drying mixed powder, roasting dried mixed powder under nitrogen atmosphere, adding magnesium oxide powder and atomized aluminum powder, mixing, liquid nitrogen milling by ball mill, vacuum-drying, adding to molten aluminum alloy, mixing, casting to obtain blank, drawing blank to obtain thick lead, heating and stretching to obtain fine lead, and performing annealing treatment under nitrogen atmosphere. USE - The method is for preparing graphene-aluminum composite material lead. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need acid and alkali solution, does not discharge waste water, is green and environment-friendly. The lead has conductivity of higher than 80% IACS, and tensile strength of higher than 240 MPa.
