NOVELTY - Spiral winding tube comprises 45-55 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin, 15-25 pts. wt. polyethylene resin (PE), 5-10 pts. wt. graft improved material, 2-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 10-20 pts. wt. cellulose liquid, 1-6 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol dispersant, where the preparation method of graft modified material is: placing 20-30 pts. wt. bentonite into the acetic acid to soak for 10-20 minutes, then adding silane coupling agent KH560, stirring for 20-30 minutes at a rotating speed of100-500 rpm, finishing stirring, then adding maleic anhydride solution with a mass fraction of 20-30%, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes and stirring to obtain the graft modified material. USE - Used as spiral winding tube. ADVANTAGE - The spiral winding tube: passes HDPE resin, PE resin base material mix, adds grafting improver by using bentonite for grafting treatment, thus the bentonite is grafted onto the resin matrix through the lamellar properties of bentonite, can be inserted into the matrix, increases the shrinkage of the substrate, can pretreats graphene by adding compatibilizer through organic modification, improve the polymerization and crosslinking effect of the product, thus improves the degree of response of the product, further improves the connection effect of the raw materials in the product.
