▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing ozone oil hydrogel composite comprises (i) adding 8-12 g polyvinyl alcohol in 100 ml deionized water, stirring for 2-5 hours and then cooling to room temperature to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol solution, the temperature of the deionized water is 92-96 degrees C, (ii) adding the graphene oxide solution with a mass-volume ratio of 4 mg/ml to the polyvinyl alcohol solution and stirring at room temperature for 12-24 hours to prepare a reaction solution, the volume ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol solution to the graphene oxide solution is 1:0.5-2, (iii) transferring the reaction solution to a glass container, sealing and freezing at -15-20 degrees C, then thawing it at room temperature and repeatedly freezing and thawing to obtain a composite hydrogel, (iv) spraying the back layer of the composite hydrogel with silicic acid gel, dehydrating and aging at 60 70 degrees C for 3 5 hours. USE - The ozone oil hydrogel composite is useful for sterilizing and anti-virus moisture absorption. ADVANTAGE - The composite: has high air permeability, water resistance, antiviral and antifungal effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ozone oil hydrogel composite comprises (i) adding 8-12 g polyvinyl alcohol in 100 ml deionized water, stirring for 2-5 hours and then cooling to room temperature to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol solution, the temperature of the deionized water is 92-96 degrees C, (ii) adding the graphene oxide solution with a mass-volume ratio of 4 mg/ml to the polyvinyl alcohol solution and stirring at room temperature for 12-24 hours to prepare a reaction solution, the volume ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol solution to the graphene oxide solution is 1:0.5-2, (iii) transferring the reaction solution to a glass container, sealing and freezing at -15-20 degrees C, then thawing it at room temperature and repeatedly freezing and thawing to obtain a composite hydrogel, (iv) spraying the back layer of the composite hydrogel with silicic acid gel, dehydrating and aging at 60 70 degrees C for 3 5 hours, (v) dropping the ozone oil on the inner layer of the composite hydrogel, where the back layer of the composite hydrogel is negatively pressure treated and kept in a sealed state. The volume ratio of the ozone oil to the polyvinyl alcohol solution is 1:3 6.
