NOVELTY - Texturized cutting tool filled with high thermal conductivity material comprises high thermal conductivity material (2) deposited in micrometric and/or nanometric textures present on the contact surface of the cutting tool (1). USE - Texturized cutting tool filled with high thermal conductivity material is not limited to the only applied geometry, being able to present in micrometric and/or nanometric channels, micrometric and/or nanometric grooves, micrometric and/or nanometric holes, or any other geometry arranged in any position of the cutting tool and on any scale, is capable of storing material with high thermal conductivity that acts on the heat distribution during machining, as well as isotropic surfaces from texturing by electroerosion or deposition of layers by chemical vapor, and in the application in conventional tool with cost reduction or in special tool holders, already existing, as tool holders with internal cooling, with channels for cutting fluid or any other type of special tool holder that will be developed (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The texturized cutting tool filled with high thermal conductivity material promotes improvements in the interaction between chip and tool, and achieves reductions in cutting forces, reduction in friction, reduction in machining temperatures and life of cutting tools.
