USE - Modified graphene lithium iron phosphate material used for battery. ADVANTAGE - The material has wide raw material source, low cost, and large capacity, is nontoxic and environment-friendly, prolongs service life, and ensures consistency and endurance of the battery powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene modified lithium iron phosphate material comprises 500 pts. wt. lithium iron phosphate, 3-4 pts. wt. graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 4-5 pts. wt. zinc borate, 2-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-550, 4-5 pts. wt. modified silver powder, and proper amount of water. The modified silver powder comprises 100 pts. wt. silver powder, 1-2 pts. wt. nanocarbon, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium hexametaphosphate, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, KH-550, 2-3 pts. wt. titanium diboride, 3-4 pts. wt vanadium pentoxide, 1-2 pts. wt. tin oxide, 5-7 pts. wt. diboron trioxide, and 1-2 pts. wt. zirconium oxide. The modified silver powder is prepared by heating raw materials at 50-55 degrees C, grinding for 1-2 hours, uniformly dispersing, and calcining at 450-480 degrees C for 2-3 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of material comprising adding water to modified silver powder and other raw materials, grinding for 2-3 hours to obtain 200-400 meshes slurry, spray drying, adding 2-3 wt.% polyethylene wax powder, uniformly stirring, pressing into blank at 10-15 MPa, calcining at 720-750 degrees C for 4-5 hours, cooling, and crushing into fine powder at 300-400 meshes.
