NOVELTY - An improved antistatic property automobile instrument panel material with modified graphene comprises polypropylene powder, methyl methacrylate, polycarbonate powder, kaolin, polyvinyl alcohol, divinyl benzene, Tween 80 (RTM: polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate), distilled water, sodium chloride aqueous solution, ethoxylated alkyl ammine acid, white oil, N,N-dimethylformamide, graphite oxide, hydrazine hydrate, ammonia water and isophorone diisocyanate. USE - Improved antistatic property automobile instrument panel material with modified graphene. ADVANTAGE - The material has good toughness, strength, anti-static and dust-proof function, and self-cleaning effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An improved antistatic property automobile instrument panel material with modified graphene comprises 100-105 pts. wt. polypropylene powder, 20-22 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 30-32 pts. wt. polycarbonate powder, 10-11.5 pts. wt. of 200 mesh kaolin, 0.6-0.7 pt. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 3-3.5 pts. wt. divinyl benzene, 0.2-0.22 pt. wt. Tween 80 (RTM: polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate), distilled water, 10 wt.% of sodium chloride aqueous solution, 1.5-2 pts. wt. ethoxylated alkyl ammine acid, 3-4 pts. wt. white oil, 100-105 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, 5-6 pts. wt. graphite oxide, 5-6 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, ammonia water and 10-12 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of improved antistatic property automobile instrument panel material with modified graphene comprising taking kaolin, adding 6-7 times distilled water, polyvinyl alcohol and Tween 80 (RTM: polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate), heating at 60-65 degrees C, stirring, cooling, adding divinyl benzene and methyl methacrylate, stirring at rate of 600-800 revolutions/minute (rpm), heating at 60-65 degrees C for 2-3 hours, decanting supernatant, washing with distilled water and sodium chloride aqueous solution, filtering, drying, crushing, adding 1/2 polycarbonate powder and polypropylene powder, stirring at rate of 1000-1200 rpm for 15-20 minutes, extruding at 240-250 degrees C, granulating, cooling, obtaining modified masterbatch, taking graphite oxide and N,N-dimethylformamide, dispersing, adding isophorone diisocyanate, pumping nitrogen gas, reacting at 75-80 degrees C for 20-24 hours, adding ammonia water, regulating pH value to 9-10, heating at 90-95 degrees C, adding hydrazine hydrate, reacting for 100-120 minutes, centrifuging, filtering, drying solid at 70-80 degrees C, taking prepared raw materials, adding remaining raw materials, mixing at rate of 1000-1200 rpm for 12-15 minutes, extruding at rate of 350-400 rpm at 250-270 degrees C for 2-3 hours, and drying at 100-120 degrees C.
