NOVELTY - An antioxidant component comprises 10-20 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, 10-20 pts. wt. catechol, 8-12 pts. wt. clove oil, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. ascorbyl palmitate, 2-4 pts. wt. vitamin E, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. vitamin C, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. oxalic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. nitromethane and 2-4 pts. wt. improver. USE - Antioxidant component for use in ink. ADVANTAGE - The antioxidant component has excellent anti-oxidation property, and is more natural and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for producing antioxidant component for use in ink, which involves (i) mixing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, catechol and clove oil, heating at 150-180 degrees C, uniformly stirring for 20-30 minutes, (ii) mixing graphene and ascorbyl palmitate, heating at 70-80 degrees C, uniformly stirring for 20-30 minutes, (iii) mixing mixture obtained in step (i) and step (ii), cooling to 30-40 degrees C, adding oxalic acid, nitromethane and improver, mixing, maintaining the temperature and stirring for 30 minutes, (iv) adding vitamin C to the mixture obtained in step (iii), neutralizing to adjust the pH to 7 and rapidly stirring at 1440 rpm to obtain milky product.
