NOVELTY - An antibacterial three dimensional printing cloth material comprises polybutylene succinate, polylactic acid, graphene, azobisisobutyric acid (ethylene glycol) acrylate, magnesium oxide, acrylic acid, aerosol generating agent, trimethylolpropane tris (3-aziridinyl propionate), acrylic compatibilizer, 2,6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, propyltrimethoxysilane, di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, polyaluminum chloride, ester based quaternary ammonium salt softening agent, styrene, rare earth stabilizer, boric acid and antibacterial agent. USE - Antibacterial three dimensional printing cloth material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly and economical antibacterial three dimensional printing cloth material has excellent moisture absorption performance and wet performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antibacterial three dimensional printing cloth material comprises 142-208 pts. wt. polybutylene succinate, 62-90 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 1.5-3 pts. wt. azobisisobutyric acid (ethylene glycol) acrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 2-5 pts. wt. aerosol generating agent, 7-12 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane tris (3-aziridinyl propionate), 4-6 pts. wt. acrylic compatibilizer, 3-5 pts. wt. 2,6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, 4-7 pts. wt. propyltrimethoxysilane, 8-12 pts. wt. di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, 9-15 pts. wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 4-8 pts. wt. polyaluminum chloride, 10-20 pts. wt. ester based quaternary ammonium salt softening agent, 2-4 pts. wt. styrene, 2-3 pts. wt. rare earth stabilizer, 3-6 pts. wt. boric acid and 8-14 pts. wt. antibacterial agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antibacterial three dimensional printing cloth material, which involves (S1) pulverizing polybutylene succinate and polylactic acid using crusher to obtain crushed material, (S2) placing the crushed material in low-temperature mill, introducing nitrogen or dry ice, pulverizing the crushed material at -90--110 degrees C for 1.5-2.5 hours, sieving to obtain 400-600 mesh fine particles, (S3) adding obtained fine particles, azobisisobutyric acid (ethylene glycol) acrylate, magnesium oxide, acrylic acid, aerosol generating agent, graphene, trimethylolpropane tris (3-aziridinyl propionate), acrylic compatibilizer and 2,6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, heating at 116-125 degrees C, stirring at 300-400 rpm for 2.5-3.5 hours to obtain material (A), (S4) adding the obtained material (A) to propyltrimethoxysilane, di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, polyaluminum chloride and ester-based quaternary ammonium salt softening agent, heating at 152-168 degrees C, stirring at 400-500 rpm for 1-1.5 hours to obtain material (B), (S5) adding material (B) to styrene, rare earth stabilizer, boric acid and antibacterial agent, mixing and cooling to 86-92 degrees C, stirring at 200-300 rpm for 1-1.5 hours to obtain material (C), (S6) adding obtained material (C) to planetary screw extruder, extruding and granulating, maintaining planetary screw extruder at respective temperatures of 160-180 degrees C, 180-200 degrees C, 190-220 degrees C and 180-200 degrees C, (S7) adding the obtained particles to conical screw extruder to extrude the wire, controlling the drawing diameter of 1.75 mm or 3 mm, maintaining conical screw extruder at respective temperatures of 150-170 degrees C, 170-190 degrees C, 180-200 degrees C and 170-200 degrees C, (S8) cooling the obtained wire and winding to obtain final product.
