NOVELTY - Graphene-containing plant composite machine oil comprises 80-120 pts. wt. castor oil, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. liquid graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. modified castor oil, 8-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-8 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor, 3-5 pts. wt. anti-foaming agent, 8-10 pts. wt. extreme pressure antiwear agent, 5-8 pts. wt. pour point depressant, 5-8 pts. wt. rust inhibitor, 5-8 pts. wt. viscosity index improver, 3-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. detergent, 1-3 pts. wt. lubrication improver, 1-3 pts. wt. organic anti-aging agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. modified nano cerium vanadate. USE - Used as graphene-containing plant composite machine oil. ADVANTAGE - The machine oil has graphene, which generates friction ball effect between cylinder wall and the piston, sliding friction into rolling friction, simultaneously as same as the putty on the cylinder wall is not smooth place, makes low viscosity oil, thus helping engine more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-containing plant composite machine oil, comprising adding castor oil and modified castor oil into reaction kettle, stirring at 300-500 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes, raising the temperature to 40-50 degrees C, adding extreme pressure antiwear agent, continuously stirring for 10-30 minutes, raising temperature to 60-70 degrees C, adding liquid graphene, heating to 85 degrees C, stirring for 60-90 minutes at 1000-3000 revolutions/minute, in the process of stirring, adding antioxidant, corrosion inhibitor, antifoaming agent, pour point depressant, rust inhibitor, viscosity index improver, dispersant, detergent, lubricating improver, organic anti-aging agent and modified nano cerium vanadate, melting completely, stirring at 300-500 revolutions/minute for 90-120 minutes, cooling to room temperature to obtain crude plant composite machine oil, ultrasonically processing the crude plant composite machine oil to obtain graphene-containing plant composite machine oil.
