NOVELTY - Antifouling powder coating comprises 35-45 parts mass modified epoxy resin, 12-18 parts mass phenolic resin, 15-21 parts mass modified polyurethane, 0.7-1.1 parts mass graphene microflakes, 0.2-0.5 parts mass benzyldimethylamine, 22-28 parts mass nanometer silicon oxide, 0.3-0.8 parts mass butyl acrylate and 0.2-0.5 parts mass polydimethylsiloxane. The modified epoxy resin comprises nano-titanium dioxide, epoxy resin, acidified graphene and curing agent. The mass ratio of the nano-titanium dioxide, epoxy resin, acidified graphene and curing agent is 3.5-5.5:90-110:0.5-1.5:7-9. The modified polyurethane comprise nano-montmorillonite, polyether polyol, triethylamine, polydimethylsiloxane and isocyanate. The mass ratio of the nano-montmorillonite, polyether polyol, triethylamine, polydimethylsiloxane and isocyanate is 5-8:80-100:1-3:0.5-1.5:45-55. USE - Antifouling powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The antifouling powder coating has excellent wear resistance, front impact resistance, adhesion, salt resistance and stain resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the antifouling powder coating comprising adding the graphene microflakes into acetone, and ultrasonicating for 2-3 hours, so that the graphene microflakes are fully dispersed in the acetone, adding nano-silica, stirring at a speed of 1110-1200 rpm for 60-80 minutes, removing the acetone solvent, mixing with modified epoxy resin, adding phenolic resin, modified polyurethane, benzyl dimethylamine, butyl acrylate and polydimethylsiloxane to the mixing tank and mixing evenly, and adding into a twin-screw extruder, melt and knead, evenly dispersing, extruding, tableting, pulverizing with a high-speed mill, and sieving to obtain the antifouling powder coating.
