NOVELTY - The panel has a fixed frame formed as a rectangular-shaped structure. A photovoltaic module (4) is arranged in a prism structure. A photovoltaic battery piece is fixed at a side edge of the photovoltaic module. A silicon crystal solar battery chip is fixed with a thin film solar energy cell piece that is fixed with the photovoltaic module. A switch shaft is connected with two end parts of the photovoltaic module. The solar energy cell piece is connected with a light transparent electrode (3) and made of graphene material. Gear ratio of a gear mechanism is about 50:60. USE - Tracking-type solar panel. ADVANTAGE - The panel has high working stability, and increases solar energy utilization rate and solar energy illumination intensity. The panel regulates a vertical rotary motor and a lengthways rotary motor in an automatic manner so as to reduce manual error rate and relieve control pressure of a PLC, thus increasing service life of a solar energy wafer.
