▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High temperature resistant graphene heat dissipating film comprises graphene heat dissipating layer and high temperature resistant nano protective layer on both sides of the graphene heat dissipating layer, where the high temperature resistant nano protective layer is composed of metal carbide. USE - Used as high temperature resistant graphene heat dissipating film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high temperature resistant graphene heat dissipating film, comprising (i) casting graphene oxide solution on a flat substrate and drying to obtain graphene oxide film, (ii) placing graphene oxide film obtained in the step (i) in a high-temperature furnace and heat-treating under the protection of an inert gas of argon for 0.5-1.5 hours, and heat treating at 2000-3000 degrees C to obtain a graphene film, (iii) rolling graphene film obtained in step (ii) to obtain graphene heat-dissipating film, (iv) depositing a metal layer or an inorganic metal oxide layer on the surface of the graphene heat-dissipating film obtained in the step (iii) by chemical method or physical method, and (v) reacting a metal or inorganic oxide deposited on the surface of the graphene heat-dissipating film with the surface layer carbon of the graphene film by an in-situ electrothermal reaction under inert gas to form metal carbide so as to obtain final product.
