▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Laser cladding graphene modified ceramic reinforced metal-based composite coating comprises (i) pre-treating the surface of the substrate to be coated to remove the surface rust and oxide layer; (ii) performing ultrasonic stripping to the graphite powder; (iii) dispersing the graphitic powder in the surfactant solution, stirring and using ultrasonic peeling, standing and centrifuging, rinsing, deionized water and drying; (iv) mixing the graphic powder with the metal ceramic composite powder, adding absolute ethanol for wet grinding and mixing, drying the mixed solution in the vacuum drying box; and (v) placing the mixed powder into a coaxial powder feeder, and carrying out the laser cladding composite coating of the lasercladding. USE - The method for laser cladding of graphene modified ceramic reinforced metal-based composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-type modified ceramic reinforced metal-based composite coating has improved uniformity, and is prepared by simple preparation technique, low cost, characteristics performance, and can realize industrial production. The method uses graphite powder with low price to replace graphene, combining preparation method of graphene, the simple coating Ni60A alloy powder core-shell structure, so as to solve the problem of particle deposition and interface micro-crack and so on, further improving the uniformity of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a composite coating, prepared by the method for preparing laser cladding-type modified ceramic reinforced metal-based composite coating.
