▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polyamide amine-bonded graphene oxide material comprises nano-graphene oxide, dendritic polyamide amine, polyethylene glycol, and crosslinking agent, dendritic polyamide amine is modified on the surface of the nano graphene oxide by a crosslinking agent, and the polyethylene glycol is bonded to the nanocrystalline graphene surface, where the polyethylene glycol has a molecular weight of 1000-5000, and the polyethylene glycol has a structure in which one end is an amino group and the other end is a methoxy group. The dendritic polyamide amine has a molecular weight of 2,000 or less and no more than 10 terminal amino groups. USE - The material has high specific surface area, good biological compatibility and good solubility. ADVANTAGE - Used as polyamide amine-bonded graphene oxide material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyamide amine-bonded graphene oxide material, comprising (i) dissolving ultrasonically nano-graphene oxide in water, adding crosslinking agent and a dendritic polyamide amine to obtain a dispersion and dissolving polyethylene glycol in the buffer solution and adding crosslinking agent to obtain composite solution, (ii) dripping the composite solution into the dispersion and stirring vigorously to make it fully contact, and (iii) centrifuging the solution above operation, de-clearing, and re-dispersing; and #use of polyamide amine-bound graphene oxide for preparing of exogenous nucleic acid vector or for the preparation of cellular nucleic acid transfection reagent.
