▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing para-aramid fibers, comprises (a) preparing a dope for a core comprising a carbon filler and a first aromatic polyamide polymer; (b) preparing a dope for a sheath comprising at least one particulate additive including water-soluble polymer particles and metal salt particles and a second aromatic polyamide polymer; (c) spinning dope for core and dope for sheath in form of a sheath-core filament; (d) coagulating and washing spun dope to obtain a filament having surface irregularities due to detachment of particulate additive from surface of spun dope; and (e) drying filament. The first and second aromatic polyamide polymers are poly(para-phenylene terephthalamide). The carbon filler includes carbon nanotubes, fullerenes, graphite, graphene and/or carbon black. The metal salt particles are iron sulfate particles and aluminum sulfate. The carbon filler comprises carbon nanotubes, fullerenes, graphite, graphene and/or carbon black. USE - The method is useful for producing para-aramid fibers. ADVANTAGE - The method exhibit has improved rubber adhesion while maintaining or further improving intrinsic properties including mechanical properties of para-aramid fibers at an excellent level. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for para-aramid fibers prepared by the above method.
