NOVELTY - Industrial continuous preparation device comprises pre-emulsifying kettle (1), emulsion polymerization kettle (2) and spray dryer (3) connected in series through pipelines in sequence. The pre-emulsification kettle is provided with a first mechanical stirring device (101) and an ultrasonic probe (102), which is used to emulsify oil-soluble monomers into micro-nano droplets, and make some of micro-nano droplets adsorb on the surface of the graphene oxide sheet. The heating device (202) is used to provide the required reaction temperature for the emulsion polymerization reaction. The second mechanical stirring device (201) is used to mix the emulsion polymerization reaction system uniformly. The feeding peristaltic pump (301) is used to pump the polymerized emulsion system into the spray dryer at a constant speed. The spray dryer is used to quickly dry the emulsion system after emulsion polymerization into micro-nano powder at high temperature. USE - Industrial continuous preparation device for directly dispersing graphene powder in organic system. ADVANTAGE - The industrial continuous preparation device enables to tightly coated oil-soluble polymer micro-nano particles on the surface of reduced graphene oxide, which effectively prevents the agglomeration of reduced graphene oxide during spray drying. The dried graphene powder easily dispersed after being transferred to an organic system and maintain dispersion stability for a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an industrialized continuous preparation process of graphene powder that can be directly dispersed in an organic system, which involves: equentially adding graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, an emulsifier and an oil-soluble monomer into a pre-emulsification kettle, adjusting the pH of a system to be alkaline, opening a first mechanical stirring device and an ultrasonic probe at room temperature, and dispersing for a certain time to obtain pre-emulsification dispersion; tarting a control valve at the bottom of the pre-emulsification kettle, driving the pre-emulsification dispersion liquid into the emulsion polymerization kettle, opening a second mechanical stirring device and a heating device of the emulsion polymerization kettle, adding an initiator to initiate emulsion polymerization after the temperature is raised to a set temperature, and finishing the reaction after a set time; adjusting the emulsion polymerization kettle to a set temperature, adding a reducing agent to reduce graphene oxide, and turning off the heating device after a set time; opening a control valve at the bottom of the emulsion polymerization kettle, pumping the emulsion after polymerization into a spray dryer through a feeding peristaltic pump, and rapidly drying the emulsion into micro-nano powder at a set temperature.
