NOVELTY - Phenolic resin material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. graphene, 50-70 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 0.1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.01-15 pts. wt. curing agent, and 5-20 pts. wt. glass fiber. USE - Phenolic resin material. ADVANTAGE - The phenolic resin material has inert, high stability, not easy to be oxidized and corroded to improve the corrosion resistance of the product, and does not need to additionally perform anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of the material, which simplifies the production process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a heat sink, which is made of the phenolic resin material; and (2) a method for preparing phenolic resin material, which comprises mixing graphene, phenolic resin, coupling agent, curing agent and glass fiber to obtain a mixed material, stirring the mixed material at high speed at 70-90℃ to obtain a prefabricated material; and curing the prefabricated material under high temperature and high pressure to obtain the phenolic resin material.
