NOVELTY - Silicon nitride/silicon carbide composite wave absorption ceramic phase comprises silicon nitride, silicon carbide and graphene in a mass ratio of 95:5:0-0.3. USE - Silicon nitride/silicon carbide composite wave absorption ceramic phase. ADVANTAGE - The silicon nitride/silicon carbide composite wave absorption ceramic phase has excellent performance, strictly controls raw material proportion and preparation condition to avoid reaction between raw materials, and avoids graphitization of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a silicon nitride/silicon carbide composite wave absorption ceramic phase, which involves: (A) preparing a green body of silicon nitride/silicon carbide composite absorbing ceramic by mixing silicon nitride powder, silicon carbide powder, graphene and absolute ethanol, magnetic stirring at room temperature and subjecting it to ultrasonic dispersion for 20 minutes to obtain a mixed slurry; (B) placing mixed slurry in polyfluortetraethylene tank for planetary ball milling for 12 hours, where ball milling medium is a silicon nitride ball, and dispersing agent is 1 wt.% polyethylene glycol; (C) placing ball milled slurry in a vacuum drying oven and drying at 80 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain a mixed powder; (D) granulating mixed powder for 24 hours, and passing it through a 200 mesh sieve to obtain sieved powder; (E) pre-forming obtained sieved powder by a tableting machine, and preparing silicon nitride/silicon carbide blank by a cold isostatic pressing machine; and (F) sintering obtained blank at a high temperature in a high-purity nitrogen atmosphere to obtain final product.
