▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 69-77 wt.% of polypropylene, 23-25 wt.% of flame retardant and 0.01-2 wt.% of flame retardant synergist, where the flame retardant is melamine polyphosphate, ammonium polyphosphate and/or pentaerythritol, and the flame retardant synergist is graphene, preferably modified graphene. USE - Used as composite material. ADVANTAGE - The halogen-free composite material has good flame retardant property and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing composite material comprising (1) mixing flame retardant synergist and toughening agent and then extruding and granulating to obtain a flame retardant masterbatch and (2) mixing the flame retardant masterbatch with the polypropylene and then carrying out melt extrusion, kneading, cooling, drying, pelletizing and packaging.
