▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing multilayer graphene-supported platinum and its alloy catalyst comprises (1) adding 230 ml concentrated sulfuric acid and 5 g sodium nitrate into dry beaker, placing in an ice bath to cool until it is lower than 5℃, adding 10 g graphite powder and stirring well, dropping 30 g potassium permanganate in beaker, placing in water bath at 35℃, stirring, dropping 460 ml ultrapure water, (2) using mixed bed or series columns using strong acid cation and strong base anion exchange resin columns to remove cations and anions in water, and distilling deionized water, (3) washing with ultrapure water and drying in oven at 65℃ to obtain graphite oxide, (4) adding 20 mg graphite oxide to 20 ml ultrapure water, ultrasonicating for 1 hours, and centrifuging to remove the unstripped graphite oxide, and (5) generating a black precipitate, precipitating and washing with water for 5 times and drying in a vacuum oven at 60℃ to obtain a graphene-supported platinum catalyst. USE - The emthod for preparing multilayer graphene-supported platinum and its alloy catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical. The catalyst of multi-layer graphene-loaded platinum and alloy has excellent catalyst stability and activity, and reduced agglomeration phenomenon, and prevents migration of metal particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a catalyst of multi-layer graphene-loaded platinum and alloy thereof and preparation technique there.
