NOVELTY - The device has a detector provided with a superconducting nanowire. A graphene structure is provided with a bottom of the superconducting nanowire, where the detector comprises a substrate. The graphene structure and the superconducting nanowires are arranged on a surface of the substrate. An optical cavity structure is located on a surface of the substrate to cover the graphene structure. A reflector is located on the surface of the optical cavity structure, where a wavelength of the optical cavity structure is of 1/4. USE - Superconducting nanowire single photon detector device. ADVANTAGE - The device has high conductivity effect, and improves energy relaxation ability and energy relaxation process, thus reducing the recovery time of superconducting nanowire single photon detector. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a superconducting nanowire single photon detector device manufacturing method.
