ADVANTAGE - The device has high conductivity effect, and improves energy relaxation ability and energy relaxation process, thus reducing the recovery time of superconducting nanowire single photon detector. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a superconducting nanowire single photon detector device manufacturing method.
