NOVELTY - Preparation of high-performance graphite-containing anhydrous stemming involves mixing special-grade alumina, coke, silicon carbide and asphalt, obtaining material (A), adding preheated binder to material (A), wet-milling, obtaining material (B), adding clay, sericite, graphene, metallic silicon, graphene with antioxidant and remaining binder to material (B), wet-grinding, obtaining material (C), wet-milling, discharging, placing resultant material into squeezed mud machine, extruding, placing in waterproof plastic bag and maintaining for 24 hours. USE - Preparation of high-performance graphite-containing anhydrous stemming. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides high-performance graphite-containing anhydrous stemming having high structural strength, and excellent abrasion resistance, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high-performance graphite-containing anhydrous stemming involves heating special-grade alumina, coke, silicon carbide and asphalt to 50 degrees C in a mixing mill, dry-mixing for 5 minutes, obtaining material (A), preheating 13-20 wt.% binder to 50?pC, adding 60-80% binder to material (A), wet-milling, obtaining material (B), adding clay, sericite, graphene, metallic silicon, graphene with antioxidant and remaining binder to material (B), wet-grinding for 10 minutes, obtaining material (C), wet-milling obtained material in a mixing mill for 10 minutes, discharging, placing resultant material into a squeezed mud machine, extruding from squeezed mud machine, obtaining gunk mud having different shapes, placing in a waterproof plastic bag and maintaining for 24 hours. The high-performance graphite-containing anhydrous stemming comprises raw material comprising 15-50 %mass extra grade clay, 10-19 %mass coke, 10-25 %mass silicon carbide, 5-15 %mass asphalt, 10-20 %mass combined clay, 1-5 %mass sericite and 0.01-1 %mass graphene, and additional material comprising 0.1-2 wt.% metal silicon and 10-20 wt.% graphene with antioxidant.
