NOVELTY - Graphene anti-corrosion-thermal control-anti-static integrated coating comprises a bottom layer, a middle layer and a top layer. The bottom layer includes zinc yellow epoxy resin and conductive mica in the mass ratio of 1-2:1. The middle layer includes polyurethane and graphene in the mass ratio of 1-2:1. The top layer includes polyurethane fluorocarbon paint, graphene and nano zinc oxide in the ratio of 1-2:0.5-1:1. USE - The integrated coating is useful for aircraft. ADVANTAGE - The integrated has good adhesion to the substrate and low curing temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene anti-corrosion-thermal control-anti-static integrated coating comprising (1) mixing the raw materials of the bottom layer, silane coupling agent, butyl acetate and glass microbeads, stirring, filtering, removing the glass microbeads, adding curing agent A and stirring to obtain the primer coating, (2) mixing the raw materials, diluent and glass beads in the middle layer, stirring, filtering, removing glass beads, adding curing agent B and stirring to obtain the middle layer coating, (3) mixing the raw materials, diluent and glass beads of the top layer, stirring, filtering, removing glass beads, adding curing agent C and stirring to obtain the top coating, (4) spraying bottom layer on the surface of the spacecraft to obtain primer coating, where the thickness of single spray coating is 15-20 mu m, the thickness of the primer coating is 40-60 mu m, and drying primer coating at room temperature for 24-36 hours, (5) spraying middle layer coating on the surface of the primer layer to obtain intermediate coating, where the thickness of single spray is 15-20 mu m, the thickness of the obtained primer and middle layer coating is 60-80 mu m, drying at room temperature for 24-36 hours to obtain the middle coating layer, (6) spraying the top coat on the middle coating layer to obtain top coat, where the thickness of a single spray is 15-20 mu m, the thickness of base coat, middle coat and top coat layer is 80-150 mu m, and drying top coat at room temperature for 24-36 hours, and (7) curing spacecraft with bottom coating, middle coating and top coating at 80-150 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain spacecraft thermal control-with graphene-anti-static integrated functional coating.
