NOVELTY - The furnace has a first furnace front chamber (2), a second furnace front chamber (4), a pre-heating section (13), a high temperature section (9), a cooling section, a water cooling section (15), and a discharger, where the first furnace front chamber is connected with the second furnace front chamber through a discharging valve. The second furnace front chamber is connected with the preheating section through a feeding valve. The outer surface of the high temperature section is further provided with a furnace body coil (10). The furnace body coil is connected with the middle frequency cabinet. The middle frequency cabinet is used for providing intermediate frequency power supply for intermediate frequency heating of the furnace body coil. USE - Ultra-high temperature reducing atmosphere intermediate frequency roasting furnace for producing graphite material e.g. graphene material and film graphene material, used in various applications. Uses include but are not limited to optical applications, electrical applications, mechanical applications, micro-nano processing applications, energy applications, biomedicine applications and drug delivery applications. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-high temperature reducing atmosphere middle frequency roasting furnace has simple structure, through setting the pre-heating section, high temperature section, cooling section and water cooling section, which can make the roaster furnace continuously for use, which greatly improves the production and recycling efficiency. The method fully uses the microcrystalline graphite with high graphitization degree in the waste material negative electrode.
