NOVELTY - Optical modulator has a substrate arranged from bottom to top, a sequentially insulating layer, a graphene grating layer and a metal grated layer, where the metal grate layer is adhered to the surface of the graphene layer by the adhesive layer. The thickness of the insulating layer is 100-150nm, the material of the insulating layer is one of silicon dioxide, calcium fluoride or magnesium fluoride, and the number of layers of the graphene layer is 1-5 layers. USE - Optical modulator for regulating and controlling surface plasmon. Uses include but are not limited to light sensing, light modulation and photoelectric detection.
