NOVELTY - Dispersion comprises 89-95 wt.% epoxy silane, 1-3 wt.% graphene, 1-3 wt.% wetting and dispersing agent and 3-5 wt.% anti-rust agent. USE - The dispersion is useful for waterproof coating of color steel tiles (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dispersion can promote corrosion resistance which occurs when the waterproof coating is used, prevents water seepage caused by rust on the color steel tile roof, water leakage problem, and acts as a barrier to the prolong the service life of waterproof coatings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing dispersion, comprising (i) adding required amount of epoxy silane into a beaker at a stirring speed of 300-600 revolutions/minute, slowly adding graphene and continuously stirring; (ii) placing in an ultrasonic cell pulverizer, and setting the parameters of the ultrasonic cell pulverizer under the condition of ice water bath by choosing amplitude of phi 20 , temperature is set to 40 degrees C, oscillating at intervals and allowing to stand in groups for every 10 minutes, a total of three groups, equivalent to 30 minutes; and (iii) taking out the beaker, adding wetting and dispersing agent and anti-rust agent separately under stirring conditions.
