NOVELTY - Graphene/silicon carbide nanowire composite structure thermal interface material comprises graphene sheets and silicon carbide nanowires. The graphene sheets and the silicon carbide nanowires are interlaced with each other. USE - Used as graphene/silicon carbide nanowire composite structure thermal interface material. ADVANTAGE - The thermal interface material: has improved surface external thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene/silicon carbide nanowire composite structure thermal interface material, comprising in situ growing the silicon carbide nanowires between graphene sheets by using high-frequency heating method to obtain final product.
