NOVELTY - Low foaming wetting agent comprises 5-8 pts. wt. modified additive, 1-3 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium tetraborate, 2-5 pts. wt. barium petroleum sulfonate, and 50-80 pts. wt. water. The preparation of modified additive is e.g. as follows: (A1) dispersing the lubricating framework in the deionized water, adding tin chloride pentahydrate, stirring and processing, adding thiourea, continuously stirring, adding the mixed solution into the hydrothermal reaction vessel, reacting at high temperature, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging to remove the supernatant, and drying the substrate to obtain the lubricating substrate, and (A2) baking the lubricating substrate to obtain the pre-processed substrate, dispersing the oxidized graphene in the ethanol, adding KH550 (gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) and 1-hydroxy benzotriazole, stirring and processing, filtering to remove the filtrate, and preparing modified graphene. USE - The low foaming wetting agent is useful for cutting gemstone. ADVANTAGE - The method fully contacts needle-shaped structure on the surface of the modified additive with the foam to pierce the generated foam. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Low foaming wetting agent comprises 5-8 pts. wt. modified additive, 1-3 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium tetraborate, 2-5 pts. wt. barium petroleum sulfonate, and 50-80 pts. wt. water. The preparation of modified additive is as follows: (A1) dispersing the lubricating framework in the deionized water, adding tin chloride pentahydrate, stirring and processing, adding thiourea, continuously stirring, adding the mixed solution into the hydrothermal reaction vessel, reacting at high temperature, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging to remove the supernatant, and drying the substrate to obtain the lubricating substrate, (A2) baking the lubricating substrate to obtain the pre-processed substrate, dispersing the oxidized graphene in the ethanol, adding KH550 (gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) and 1-hydroxy benzotriazole, stirring and processing, filtering to remove the filtrate, and preparing modified graphene, and (A3) dispersing the pre-processed substrate in the deionized water, adding modified graphene, and ultrasonic processing to obtain composite substrate, uniformly mixing the cyanuric chloride, hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, titanium tetrachloride and hydrogen peroxide, soaking the composite substrate, ultrasonically processing, filtering and removing the filtrate, and obtaining the modified additive. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of a low-foaming wetting agent for gemstone cutting, comprising ultrasonically blending modified additives, chlorinated paraffin, sodium tetraborate, barium petroleum sulfonate and water to obtain a low-foaming wetting agent.
