NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene antistatic dyed fabric involves preparing alkali-resistant disperse dye solution, adding graphene oxide dispersion to alkali-resistant disperse dye solution, mixing to obtain mixed disperse dye solution, adding fabric to mixed disperse dye solution, dyeing at high temperature and pressure condition, reducing by immersing the dyed fabric in 5 mg/mL sodium hydroxide aqueous solution at 60-90 degrees C for 30 minutes, and washing with soft water. USE - Preparation of graphene antistatic dyed fabric e.g. polyester and its blended fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not use additional compounds to the fabric during the process and uses low dosage of graphene to achieve high antistatic performance of fabric and improves the bonding fastness of polyester fabric and other chemical fibers.
