▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Biocompatible film is prepared by adding polyethylene terephthalate, graphene solution and porogen into a solvent to obtain a suspension, curing film, soaking in deionized water, soaking the dried porous film in a mixed solution of gelatin and chitosan, and performing subsequent processing. USE - The biocompatible film is useful for electronic skin. ADVANTAGE - The Biocompatible film has excellent biocompatibility, viscosity and breathability and safety, does not provide feel as foreign body after attached to human skin, improves the user experience, and is not easy to fall off during activities. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the biocompatible film, involving (i) adding polyethylene terephthalate to the solvent, dissolving, adding graphene solution and porogen with a concentration of 7-10 mg/l, mechanically stirring for a certain time to obtain suspension, (ii) defoaming the suspension in vacuum, casting a film on mold, and adding anhydrous ethanol in a coagulation bath to solidify the film to obtain polyethylene terephthalate film containing graphene, (iii) putting the polyethylene terephthalate film in deionized water, heating at 60-70 degrees C, soaking for 10-12 hours to dissolve, completely removing the porogen, taking out the film and drying to obtain a graphene-containing polyethylene terephthalate porous film, (iv) dissolving gelatin and chitosan in acetic acid aqueous solution to obtain a mixed solution of gelatin and chitosan, and (v) soaking the graphene-containing polyethylene terephthalate porous membrane in the mixed solution of gelatin and chitosan, ultrasonically dispersion, heating and drying to obtain a gelatin-chitosan/graphene/polyethylene terephthalate composite film which is biocompatible film.
