NOVELTY - The hydrophobic structure has a substrate (2) that is arranged on a packaging mold (1). A directional hydrophobic spacer (3) is arranged on the substrate. The directional hydrophobic spacer between two substrates is connected by a gold wire (4). Two ends of the gold wire are respectively connected to the hydrophobic ends of the directional hydrophobic spacer. The substrate is provided with a micro groove (21) at the hydrophilic end of the directional hydrophobic gasket. The contact bottom surface of the bottom of a tapered micro-column (5) protrudes into the micro-groove. The micro-grooves are used to concentrate the droplets, so that the droplets are concentrated in the micro-grooves by the Laplace force, and discharged into the packaging mold along the tapered micro-pillars. The directional hydrophobic spacer includes fluorine-doped graphene. A metal wire is vertically fixed, and synchronously movably connected to a platform. USE - Directional hydrophobic structure for electronic packaging drainage device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The directional transmission of droplets is realized without consuming additional energy. The key components and the processing method involved in the scheme are low in cost, have the characteristics of being easy to process and popularize, and meet the requirements of low-cost manufacturing, high precision and high flexibility.
