NOVELTY - Graphene paint comprises 90-100 pts. wt. film-forming resin, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. reinforcing fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 10-20 pts. wt. curing agent, 15-30 pts. wt. diluent, 1-5 pts. wt. polyacrylic acid, 1-5 pts. wt. polyaziridine crosslinking agent, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium stearate, and 2-6 pts. wt. additives. USE - Graphene paint used for protecting corrosion of thermal power plant flue gas chimney (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint has enhanced durability, thermal stability, and highly acidic environment adaptability. It is not easy to be contaminated, and can be cleansed easily. Its manufacturing is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene paint comprising preparing modified graphene; preparing filler by co-grinding mica powder and boron nitride powder in grinding machine into 300 mesh powder, adding deionized water, cleaning by ultrasonication thrice, filtering into heat-resistant container, drying in oven, adding nano-titanium dioxide, cleaning with anhydrous ethanol by ultrasonication twice, and drying washed mixture in oven to obtain filler; mixing film-forming resin, reinforcing fibers, fillers and diluents, transferring mixture into vacuum kneading machine for kneading, adding additives with continuous vacuum-kneading to obtain mixture (i); mixing curing agent, polyacrylic acid, polyaziridine crosslinking agent and sodium stearate to obtain mixture (ii); and mixing modified graphene, mixture (i) and mixture (ii) at mass ratio of 1:50:3.
