▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An optical thin film (14) comprises graphene and an organic material, and has a refractive index of 1.80 or more with respect to light having wavelength of 633 nm. USE - Optical thin film e.g. thermal-insulation film, heat insulation film and antireflection film used for forming optical laminate (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to window glass of vehicle and buildings, LCD, touchscreen, organic electroluminescent display, optical-semiconductor element, solid-state image sensor, organic thin-film solar cell, dye-sensitized solar cell, and organic thin-film transistor. ADVANTAGE - The optical thin film has high refractive index (1.80 or more), and excellent adhesiveness, stability and light transmittance. The organic material has excellent dispersibility with respect to graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for optical laminate (10), which comprises the optical thin film on a surface of transparent substrate (12).
