▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing interface supramolecular reinforced nanocomposite material comprises (1) preparing nano-filler dispersion, and stably dispersing the nano-filler, (2) adding polyphenols and their analogs to modify the surface of nanofillers, (3) ultrasonic dispersing and mixing of the surface-modified nano-filler dispersion with the latex emulsion or dispersing the modified filler and latex through double-roll/banbury extrusion melt processing and (4) injecting the mixed latex into a mold, and drying it in a blast oven at 60 degrees C for molding. USE - The method is useful for preparing interface supramolecular reinforced nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple. The material: has a unique three-dimensional nano-filler network structure; makes the rigid filler and the flexible polymer matrix; has a good interface combination and a certain thickness of the interface phase; can stop the crack propagation when the material is damaged; consumes a large amount of impact energy and transmit the external force that it bears; and achieves the purpose of strengthening and toughening.
