▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A macro fiber of polymer grafted graphene is prepared by mixing (pts.wt.) graphene oxide (1) and solvent (10-1000), subjecting to ultrasonic processing at a frequency of 0-50 kHz for 0.1 hour, adding (pts.wt) vinyl monomers (10-1000) and initiating agent (0.01-10), heating at 55-90 degrees C for 1.5-60 hours in the presence of nitrogen, washing for 3-4 times, adding solvent (1-20 mass%), squeezing at a speed of 1-100 ml/hour using spinning vessel having an aperture of 5-5000 mu m, adding a coagulating agent, stirring for 1-200 seconds, washing, and vacuum drying. USE - Method of preparing a macro fiber of polymer grafted graphene for fiber cloth. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has mild reaction conditions, does not utilize strong corrosive agent, is environment-friendly, and prepares product having diameter of 5-5000 mu m, excellent mechanical property, desired toughness and electricity conductive property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A macro fiber of polymer grafted graphene is prepared by: (A) mixing (pts.wt.) graphite (1), sulfuric acid (100), potassium persulfate (5) and phosphorus pentoxide (0.5); (B) stirring the mixture at 25-100 degrees C for 10 hours, cooling to room temperature, diluting with deionized water, filtering using a filter membrane, washing the filter cake with deionized water repeatedly, and drying naturally drying for 10-50 hours to obtain intercalated graphite; (C) mixing (pts.wt.) intercalated graphite (1), sulfuric acid (100), and potassium permanganate (0.5-10), stirring at - 10 to 50 degrees C for 0.1-10 hours, adding (pts.wt.) deionized water (2000) and hydrogen peroxide (0.1-10), stirring for 0.1-10 hours, filtering using filter membrane, washing filter cake with deionized water repeatedly, and drying naturally for 10-50 hours to graphite oxide; (D) mixing (pts.wt.) adding one part of obtained the graphite oxide (1), sulfuric acid (1-100), and potassium permanganate (0.5-10), stirring at - 10 to 50 degrees C for 0.1-10 hours, adding (pts.wt.) deionized water (10-2000) and hydrogen peroxide (0.1-10), stirring for 0.1-10 hours, filtering using filter membrane, washing filter cake with deionized water repeatedly, and drying naturally for 10-50 hours to obtain graphene oxide; and (E) mixing (pts.wt.) graphene oxide (1) and solvent (10-1000), subjecting to ultrasonic processing at a frequency of 0-50 kHz for 0.1 hour, adding (pts.wt) vinyl monomers (10-1000) and initiating agent (0.01-10), heating at 55-90 degrees C for 1.5-60 hours in the presence of nitrogen, washing for 3-4 times, adding solvent (1-20 mass%), squeezing at a speed of 1-100 ml/hour using spinning vessel having an aperture of 5-5000 mu m, adding a coagulating agent, stirring for 1-200 seconds, washing, and vacuum drying at 30-100 degrees C for 2-24 hours.
