NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based permanent antistatic plastic masterbatch involves mixing the inorganic microball mill and graphene-based raw material for ball milling. The surface of the inorganic microball mill is uniformly coated with graphene-based microchips to obtain mixture A. The inorganic microsphere grinding media coated is sieved out with graphene-based microplates from the mixture A. The ball milling is mixed with plastic powder, so that portion of the graphene-based microchips on the surface of the inorganic microsphere grinding media are gradually transferred to the regular plastic powder surface to obtain mixture B. The plastic powder coated with graphene-based microchips is sieved from the mixture B which is graphene-based permanent antistatic plastic masterbatch. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based permanent antistatic plastic masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-based permanent antistatic plastic masterbatch that has high surface resistivity, volume resistivity and good mechanical properties, stable product state and industrial application value.
