▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing hollow, porous, multi-level polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber involves forming cortex/core spinning liquid by coaxial/skin-core wet spinning to form skin-core structure filaments, drying the skin-core structure thread strips in an oven at 30-80℃ for 180-400 minutes to obtain porous coaxial as-spun fibers, pre-oxidizing the porous coaxial as-spun fibers, heating up to 200-250℃ at a rate of 2℃/minutes, and keeping for 60-180 minutes. The pre-oxidized fiber is heated to 700-900℃ at a rate of 4℃/minutes under the protection of an inert gas, and kept for 60-180 minutes to obtain a product. USE - Method for preparing hollow, porous, multi-level polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber used to adsorption, catalysis, filtering, electric and heat energy storage material. ADVANTAGE - The merhod produces product which has excellent thermal stability, mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, and mechanical strength.
