NOVELTY - Shoe material comprises 7.8-9.8 pts. wt. styrene-ethylene butene polymer, 46-66 pts. wt. chlorinated butyl rubber, 2.2-4.2 pts. wt. calcium sulfate whiskers, 3.5-5.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2.6-3.6 pts. wt. modified montmorillonite, 0.8-2.8 pts. wt. stearic acid, 3.6-5.6 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 12-16 pts. wt. carbon black, 5.2-7.2 pts. wt. modified alumina fiber, 0.85-2.55 pts. wt. anti-aging agent DNP, 0.45-2.45 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator and 1-2 pts. wt. sulfur. USE - Shoe material. ADVANTAGE - The shoe material has excellent anti-slip and wear-resistant performance, elasticity when is made into sports shoe soles, toughness and high safety in use, and is comfortable to wear. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the material, involving (a) mixing styrene-ethylene butene polymer, chlorinated butyl rubber, stearic acid, nano-zinc oxide and carbon black in an internal mixer for 10-15 minutes, transferring into an open mill, adding calcium sulfate whiskers graphene oxide, modified montmorillonite and modified alumina fiber, and start training at a temperature of 145-165 degrees C for 10-30 minutes to obtain a premix, (b) adding anti-aging agent DNP, vulcanization accelerator and sulfur to the premix, start smelting for 3-5 minutes and pressing into a sheet, and (c) vulcanizing the sheet at 120-135 degrees C for 2-5 minutes to obtain the product.
