NOVELTY - Preparing covalent organic framework compound/graphene stirring rod, comprises (i) utilizing laser with wavelength of 405-470 nm, covering the bottom of the groove with graphene, and forming graphene stirring rod, (ii) soaking the graphene stirring bar in a potassium chloride solution (0.01-1M) containing 0.001-0.1 M 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene for 1-10 minutes, and polymerizing for 1- 5 minutes, forming poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene), (iii) soaking above-mentioned material in 0.001-0.1 M 4-aminothiophenol solution and fixing amino groups on the graphene surface, (iv) placing the graphene stirring bar into 0.01-1 mM 1,3,5-tri(4-aminophenyl)benzene and 1-5 mM terephthalaldehyde in 1-50 ml mesitylene/1, 4-dioxane (v/v, 0-1:1) mixed solution, adding 1-10 ml, 1-10M acetic acid aqueous solution, and reacting at 60-150°C for 1-5 days, and (v) cooling reaction, washing with N,N-dimethylformamide and dichloromethane for 3-10 times, and drying. USE - The stirring rod is useful for performing integrated operation of on-site sampling and extraction of antibiotics (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing covalent organic framework compound/graphene stirring rod, comprises (i) utilizing laser with a wavelength of 405-470 nm and a pulse width from 2 μs to 100ms to print a graphene substrate on a wooden material to form a groove of predetermined depth, covering the bottom of the groove with graphene, and forming graphene stirring rod, (ii) soaking the graphene stirring bar in a potassium chloride solution (0.01-1M) containing 0.001-0.1 M 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene for 1-10 minutes, and polymerizing for 1- 5 minutes, forming poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene), and fixing the printed loose graphene, (iii) soaking the above-mentioned material in 0.001-0.1M 4-aminothiophenol solution (1-100%, ethanol/water) and allowing to stand for 1-20 minutes, and fixing amino groups on the graphene surface, (iv) placing the graphene stirring bar into 0.01-1 mM 1,3,5-tri(4-aminophenyl)benzene and 1-5 mM terephthalaldehyde in 1-50 ml mesitylene/1, 4-dioxane (v/v, 0-1:1) mixed solution, adding 1-10 ml, 1-10M acetic acid aqueous solution, and reacting at 60-150°C for 1-5 days, and (v) cooling the reaction, washing with N,N-dimethylformamide and dichloromethane for 3-10 times, and drying.
