NOVELTY - The electronic skin has an imitated fingerprint stimulation receiving layer (1), a first electrode layer (4), a sensitive material layer, and a second electrode layer (9) arranged in sequence from top to bottom. The receiving layer is provided with a hemispherical protrusion (3) in the middle and several arc-shaped protrusion arrays (2). The second electrode layer is provided with a second piezoelectric electrode (10) and a second capacitive electrode (11), and the number of the second piezoelectric electrodes is provided same as that of the arc-shaped protrusion array. Each arc-shaped protrusion array is arranged to cover the second piezoelectric electrode on the orthographic projection of the second electrode layer. The orthographic projection of the hemispherical protrusion on the second electrode layer is arranged to cover the second capacitive electrode. ADVANTAGE - The flexible movable static pressure sensing electronic skin can cover the robot finger tip to impart tactile sensing capability.
