NOVELTY - The electronic skin has an imitated fingerprint stimulation receiving layer (1), a first electrode layer (4), a sensitive material layer, and a second electrode layer (9) arranged in sequence from top to bottom. The receiving layer is provided with a hemispherical protrusion (3) in the middle and several arc-shaped protrusion arrays (2). The first electrode layer is provided with a first piezoelectric electrode (5) and a first capacitive electrode (6). The second electrode layer is provided with a second piezoelectric electrode (10) and a second capacitive electrode (11), and the number of the second piezoelectric electrodes is provided same as that of the arc-shaped protrusion array. Each arc-shaped protrusion array is arranged to cover the second piezoelectric electrode on the orthographic projection of the second electrode layer. The orthographic projection of the hemispherical protrusion on the second electrode layer is arranged to cover the second capacitive electrode. USE - Flexible, dynamic and static pressure sensing electronic skin for use in smart robot. ADVANTAGE - The flexible movable static pressure sensing electronic skin can cover the robot finger tip to impart tactile sensing capability. The robot finger can sense the static three-dimensional force and sliding movement state force.
