NOVELTY - The device has a shell whose left and right sides are respectively hinged with two pieces of a keeping balance floor. A lower side of the shell is formed with a meshing space. A left side of the meshing space is formed with a fixing device space. An outer side of the shell is formed with a rotary space. A right side of the shell is formed with a hydraulic pump space. An upper side of the hydraulic pump space is formed with a belt wheel space. A spring is fixedly connected between a lower side of a hydraulic rod and a lower side wall of a hydraulic sliding groove. The rotary space, a main space, the belt wheel space and a transmission space are provided with a transmission device. A left side of a driving motor is dynamically connected with a primary power shaft. A lower side of an iron rope is fixedly connected with an anchor. USE - Device for absorbing marine oil pollution by utilizing new-graphene new material. ADVANTAGE - The device has high stability, and increases adsorption area.
