NOVELTY - A graphene film is prepared by placing high purity soluble salt into corundum boat, putting into CVD tubular furnace, vacuuming, filling inert gas, cleaning cavity, introducing hydrogen, argon or nitrogen gas at flow rate of 1 sccm, heating, melting to form soluble salt solution, introducing gaseous or solid carbon source, or introducing volatile matter, closing tubular furnace power supply, cooling, re-solidifying, obtaining graphene film soluble salt block sample, spin coating, drying, soaking in deionized water, and washing with acetone. USE - Method for preparing graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method is low-cost, environment-friendly and has little byproducts.
